The Genesis of ELEVATE
The acronym "ELEVATE" is not arbitrary but intentional, as it encapsulates the core principals and objectives of our initiative.
ELEVATE stands for Enhance Learning, Excellence, Values, Academics, Togetherness & Exposure.
The components of the acronym-Learning, Excellence, and Values-are aimed at enriching our student-athletes, while Academics, Togetherness, and Exposure are designed to benefit both the student-athletes and the University of St. Thomas.
NIL Done Differently

Our collective is dedicated to the professional development of our student-athletes, leveraging our extensive professional network to connect them with mentors, job shadowing opportunities, internships, and career guidance. While other collectives may focus solely on financial arrangements, we emphasize a comprehensive approach that supports our student-athletes’ growth both on and off the court. This focus aligns with the holistic development central to the University of St. Thomas mission and the mission of UST Athletics.
